A Thought from Rudy McRudy

The queen wanted to knight Rudy McRudy, but he refused to show up to the ceremony and would not supply an address for that worthless bit of paper. Unfortunately this has caused the press to harass him further. It seems the first album has divided the nation (although it is clear that the corporate press has exacerbated the overzealous response of some listeners.) Some believe that the song 'Mr McRudy, circumcised or not' is an abomination that threatens the morals of the next generation. The government has threatened to charge Mr McRudy with retrospective legislation but also protesters have gather on the streets of Australia and expound the genius and democratic virtues of the song. 'Some hope for freedom of speech yet as some brave artists dare to challenge our conservative, corrupt institutions.'
'The baton may yet be passed' said Mr McRudy as he forced his way through a press barrage that had been at his door for over a week without let up.
'What do you mean?' they cried.
But it was too late. Despite his wiry, somewhat sickly frame, McRudy had made it through and disappeared in a wisp of smoke, leaving one flummoxed reporter to exclaim, 'Mr McRudy. Is he just a ghost or not!'
